Issued by Kaiyodo, this was one of a set based on illustrations by a Japanese artist.
Exactly the why's or wherefores of these illustrations i know not but the theme was called Girls Tech Skin.
This particular lady was just one that caught my eye so i thought why not?....
The 'why not?' quotient oddly enough is how i end up doing most of what i do.
