One thing of at least educational interest here is that when doing the rigging,
it becomes very clear just how the wing warping worked to bank the aircraft and how the albeit crude but effective control
system functioned by the pilot shifting his body from side to side to effect the wing warping.
The cables for this are attached to a wooden pivoted frame under his waist.
If memory serves and for you trivia folks out there, the custom built 4 cylinder engine was capable of delivering some 16 horsepower top whack.
